Sugar Gliders in the wild and by nature are social and communal animals. They live in colonies and the female stay with their daughters for a long time. There is only one dominant male per group and sometimes one or two other submissive males. Captive gliders need to have at a minimum four hours of attention outside of their cage a day with their caretakers. If this is a problem for you, then you should get a second glider so that they have company and someone to satisfy their social needs. You can keep males and females together, however if you do this you need to have a USDA license in order to sell or give away the babies. You can also keep two females together. It is unwise to keep unneutered males together because they more than likely will fight even if they are siblings.

"Thank you so much for the wonderful experience of adopting Nash! We were really only 'window shopping' when we came to look but as soon as we held him there was no doubt that we were ready to bring him into our little family! The professionalism and cleanliness of your business was truly astounding, and I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone for their animal needs.

"Greg and Amy were exactly the kind of people we were looking to buy our first sugar glider from. Their set up is awesome and it didn't take long to see that they aren't your normal pet shop owners. They encouraged early bonding prior to taking home and they educate and help teach you everything you need to know. Lets just say that our visit to buy one... turned into two! We are the proud owner of 'Sango', and 'Kilala'; and we can't get enough of them!"
-Shana and Nick

"They were very willing to work with us on a time to come by and pick out our new pet. I was not very knowledgeable about them simply because I had never owned one before, but Kritters 'n Krawlers did an amazing job explaining everything I needed know. Their set up was very clean and organized and their animals were healthy and clean as well. Rex is doing great. 5 star rating all the way."

"We got our two gliders 'Leo' and 'Oppollo' from Kritters 'n Krawlers. Very open to early bonding and visitation and able to answer any questions we could think of. They made sure we were well educated and ready to bring them home at 9 weeks old because of how much time we had spend with them bonding."
